New legislation from the government has come into force meaning that all properties marketed from 14th December 2007, in England and Wales, will need a Home Information Pack (HIP).

 

The Pack will contain the following:

Home Information Pack Index

Energy Performance Certificate

Sale Statement

Standard Searches

Evidence of Title

Additional Information for Leasehold and Commonhold Properties (if appropriate)

 

Optional Items

 

Home Condition Report

Legal Summary

Home use/contents forms

Other Documents
